Ishu came to Australia in 2006 with a degree in hospitality and an insane passion for cooking. He worked in this industry for over 12 years in different verticals. He ran a kitchen as a Head Chef and also managed a fine-dining restaurant all by himself, before actually hitting the spot.
After all these years of hardwork, things finally fell in place and dreams became reality. A knack of cooking and a spark of hope lead Ishu and Anna to start their own Burger outlet in 2017 and they managed the entire restaurant as a two-man army.
They cooked all day, served all day and went home with a smile on their faces as people started to love their unique burgers. Slowly, they went on from becoming a single restaurant to a popular burger chain which is now recognized by their famous Beef Burgers and Chicken Burgers. They treat their team as family and all their guests as gods. Their modern, playful, quirky and young restaurant is now a favorite amongst all the millenials and adults in their areas of operation. They have often been visited by the Australian celebrities and sports stars as well.
The juicy patties of Burger Road are the talk of the town and their loaded freak shakes are an Instagram lover’s delight. Their constant want to experiment makes them the best in the pool of similar restaurants and their original and fresh food ingredients make them stand apart.
